Phase 4: Regionalization

The Campaign’s long term goal is to regionalize our successful efforts, utilizing the Campaign’s proven methodology and building upon the work of our Leadership team and its coordinated collaboration to end homelessness for the approximately 10,013 homeless persons in San Diego County. Region-wide solutions will align with federal strategic plans like Opening Doors: the Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness authored by the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness, the HEARTH Act (HUD), and the VA’s plan to end veteran homelessness by 2015.
