In early June, the 25 Cities Initiative Team launched the 100-Day Campaign in San Diego to accelerate the process of ending veteran and chronic homelessness by 2015. The goal of the 100-Day Campaign is to house 150 veterans and 100 chronically homeless individuals by September 17, 2014!

Thank you everyone that volunteered with the annual WeALLCount (known in past years as the Point-in-Time Count)! This event took place in the early morning hours of January 24, 2014. Led by the Regional Task Force on the Homeless, the WeALLCount is a one-day count to estimate the number and location of homeless persons throughout San Diego County, and it seeks to assess the characteristics of those individuals and families. This process enables our Continuum of Care to better design, deliver, and measure service outcomes. To participate next year, please contact the Regional Task Force on the Homeless.
