Call for Volunteers: Downtown Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect Donation Kickoff

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) and Interim Mayor Todd Gloria recently asked San Diegans to help support the 8th Annual Project Homeless Connect in Downtown San Diego.

This “one-day resource fair” provides critical services to the homeless and will take place Wednesday, December 4, from 9 AM to 3 PM at Golden Hall.

Volunteers are needed to staff the event, and assist service providers in administering assistance to homeless clients. SDHC, lead organizer of Project Homeless Connect, will also be accepting donations of clothing, blankets, food, toiletries, and other items. These items can be dropped off outside Golden Hall on the day before the event.
